DIRT - The Series
DIRT is a brand new resource that is Directed, Intentional, Reflective and Timely.
It has been put together to use alongside your exercise, however and whenever you do this. Each day includes a quote, a verse from Scripture with a daily fitness application, and some points to reflect on.
How you fit this around your exercise is up to you - you could read the quote before you start, then read the scripture and reflect on the three questions afterwards. There’s no right or wrong way.
