True Story
Key Stage 2 Resource
True Story is a series of three classroom lessons enabling pupils to develop their understanding of anti-human trafficking through the true stories of Lydia, Fredek and Tee. Teachers will love the three lesson plans and pupil worksheets for delivery in Key Stage 2, supported by PowerPoint presentations for whole-class teaching.
Sharing the fresh start made available through the work of The Salvation Army, these lessons encourage personal reflection, action planning or working towards wider school projects which raise awareness. True Story also provides opportunities for Spiritual, Moral, Social and Cultural development alongside Personal, Social, Health and Economic Education. Promoting enquiry into the British values of Democracy, Individual Liberty, the Rule of Law and Tolerance and Respect, this resource will enable your school or children’s group to address this challenging topic in an accessible way.
