Older People's Ministries

Older People's Ministries supports corps and the communities they serve in understanding, reaching and meeting the needs of older people.

When Jesus said ‘I have come that they may have life in all its fullness’, he didn’t mean just our first six decades!

People are now living longer than before and older people are now more active, engaged and more productive for longer.

This new paradigm may bring challenges but it also brings many opportunities and we look forward to realising those opportunities together.

Those who are planted in the house of the Lord shall flourish in the courts of our God. They shall still bear fruit in old age; they shall be fresh and flourishing, to declare that the Lord is upright; he is my rock, and there is no unrighteousness in him. (Psalm 92, New King James Version)
