Booking online

Visit ticketsource.co.uk/salvationarmyevents:

• Select the day you would like to attend – click ‘next’.
• Select the seating area you would like and at the bottom of the page select the number of tickets – click ‘next’.
• Select the seats you would like to book – click ‘next’.
• At this stage either complete your booking by entering payment details or select ’continue shopping’, which will hold the tickets and allow you to select tickets for another day.

Booking tickets over the phone

The box office is open:

• Monday to Friday: 9am–7pm
• Saturday: 9am–5pm (excluding bank holidays)

Calls received outside of available hours will operate on an answerphone and callback basis.

Yes, this year tickets will be allocated. When you book your tickets, you will be able to choose your seats from the venue seating plan.

If you are attending on Saturday and Sunday, you will be able to select your seat for each day.

We are pleased to confirm that ticket prices will remain the same as last year:

• Adults: £10 per day
• Children (17 years and under): Free

Wheelchair spaces and companion seats are available. When booking a wheelchair space, you can add a free companion ticket to your booking.

You can book for up to 10 people at a time. For additional tickets, you will need to complete a separate booking.

Tickets for this event are non-refundable. If you have a ticket you can no longer use, you can pass your ticket on to someone else who can attend in your place.

Advice for travelling to ICC Wales can be found at iccwales.com.

If you are planning a coach or minibus and would like to drop passengers off at ICC Wales, please email events@salvationarmy.org.uk to arrange permission for an agreed time. There is no on-site coach parking available, so you will need to arrange parking elsewhere.

ICC Wales have a large car park on-site.

For a reduced parking rate of £6 per day, and to save queuing on exiting the car park, you can pre-book your parking using at iccwales.celtic-collection-events.com/parking/order.

If you do not pre-book, the following rates apply:

• 0–1 hour: free
• 1–5 hours: £6
• 5–8 hours: £10
• 8–12 hours: £14
• 12–24 hours: £24

Disabled parking

ICC have 20 underground parking bays for Blue Badge holders – parking charges apply. The car park has direct access to the venue.

Saturday

Newport Citadel will be open from 8–11am for fellowship, refreshments and prayer.

You can also join the local Parkrun at Riverfront – a group will be meeting at the corps at 8.30am to go together. Visit parkrun.org.uk/riverfront for more information.

The programme at ICC Wales starts at 1pm, with activities for all ages. The day ends with worship led by the staff sections from 6–8pm

Sunday

Registration for the children’s venue starts at 9.45am (see more information below), followed by the commissioning and ordination of the Defenders of Justice session at 10.30am.

The weekend concludes with a final celebration meeting from 3-4.30pm led by our territorial leaders and featuring the sending out of our newest lieutenants.

On Friday 12 July there will be a pre-Together concert from the International Staff Band and Songsters at Newport Cathedral from 8–10pm. There is limited capacity at the venue.

This event is organised by the Wales Division. Tickets are available via TicketSource.

The whole weekend is suitable for all ages, with the Children and Youth Department leading activities within the main sessions and around the venue.

There will also be a children's venue for school years 1–6 on Sunday morning, where young people can have their own space to engage with the theme of the weekend.

Children's tickets

Children under 18 years can attend Together for free but will need a ticket.

You will be sent further details about registering for the children’s venue when you book children’s tickets via TicketSource (see booking information above). Please ensure your email address is included in your booking details so we can send you further information.

There will be a 'cwtch' (Welsh for hug) within the venue. This area will be a quieter zone for families and supervised children under 8.

There will also be a relaxed space for people of any age, including those who are neurodiverse. It will include a video link to the main venue.

Yes. The main sessions in the ICC Wales auditorium will be signed.

If you rely on British Sign Language (BSL) interpretation, please choose seats in the front stalls section of the auditorium.

The main sessions on Sunday will be live-streamed at youtube.com/salvationarmyvideo.
