Host Jo Taylor is joined by Jill Rowe, Ethos and Formation Director at Oasis UK, for this month's hypothetical hike.

Jill qualified as a teacher and youth and community worker. In 1997 she joined Oasis, one of the largest providers of academy schools in England, serving more than 30,000 students and 5,000 staff. As Director of Ethos and Formation, Jill ensures that Oasis remains true to its organisational identity and ethos, and works to resource and equip all Oasis leaders, staff, students, volunteers and wider community members in their personal development and character formation.

Alongside Steve Chalke, the founder of Oasis, Jill hosts the Different podcast and can be heard doing Pause for Thought on BBC Radio 2. She also volunteers as part of the leadership team of Oasis Church Waterloo, enjoys watching football, running and has a strong appreciation of curry!
