International Appointments Bulletin: 6 March 2025

Commissioner Edward Hill

Chief of the Staff Commissioner Edward Hill shares the latest appointments bulletin from International Headquarters.

It is my privilege to share with you information regarding international appointments and promotions proposed by the International Appointments Board and agreed by the General.

Effective 1 June 2025

Commissioners Yusak and Widiawati Tampai, officers of the Indonesia Territory currently serving respectively as Territorial Commander and Territorial President of Women’s Ministries, Indonesia Territory, are appointed as International Secretaries for the South Pacific and East Asia Zone, International Headquarters.

They will succeed Commissioners Wayne and Robyn Maxwell, who will retire from active service on 31 May 2025. 

Lieut-Colonels Hosea and Liliana Makagiantang, officers of the Indonesia Territory currently serving respectively as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries, in that territory, are appointed as Territorial Leaders of the Indonesia Territory; Lieut-Colonel Hosea Makagiantang as Territorial Commander and Lieut-Colonel Liliana Makagiantang as Territorial President of Women’s Ministries. They will take up their new appointment responsibilities with the rank of colonel.

 Lieut-Colonels Alberth and Elsi Sarimin, officers of the Indonesia Territory, currently serving respectively as Assistant Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries in the New Zealand, Fiji, Tonga and Samoa Territory, are appointed as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries, Indonesia Territory.

Lieut-Colonels Dieudonné and Philippine Tsilulu, officers of the Democratic Republic of Congo Territory currently serving respectively as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries, in that territory, are appointed as Territorial Leaders of the Democratic Republic of Congo Territory; Lieut-Colonel Dieudonné Tsilulu as Territorial Commander and Lieut-Colonel Philippine Tsilulu as Territorial President of Women’s Ministries. They will take up their new appointment responsibilities with the rank of colonel. 

They will succeed Colonels Gracia and Lydia Matondo, who will retire from active service on 31 May 2025. 

Lieut-Colonels Ayami and Mangituka Mabundu, officers of the Democratic Republic of Congo Territory currently serving respectively as Secretary for Programme and Territorial Home League Secretary, in that territory, are appointed as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries, Democratic Republic of Congo Territory.

Effective 1 July 2025

Commissioner Daniel Raju Dasari, an officer of the India Central Territory currently serving as Territorial Commander, in the India Western Territory, is appointed as Territorial Commander of the India Central Territory. He will succeed Colonel Yaqoob Masih who, with Colonel Sumitra Masih, will retire from active service on 30 June 2025.

Colonels John William and Ratna Sundari Polimetla, officers of the India Cental Territory currently serving respectively as Territorial Commander and Territorial President of Women’s Ministries, in the India South Western Territory, are appointed as Territorial Leaders of the India Western Territory; Colonel John Polimetla as Territorial Commander and Colonel Ratna Polimetla as Territorial President of Women’s Ministries. They will take up their new appointment responsibilities with the rank of commissioner; Colonel John Polimetla on 3 July 2025 and Colonel Ratna Polimetla on 4 July 2025.

Lieut-Colonels Prakash Chandra and Rani Phula Pradhan, officers of the India Northern Territory currently serving respectively as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries, in the India Eastern Territory, are appointed as Territorial Leaders of the India South Western Territory; Lieut-Colonel Prakash Pradhan as Territorial Commander and Lieut-Colonel Rani Pradhan as Territorial President of Women’s Ministries. They will take up their new appointment responsibilities with the rank of colonel. 

Lieut-Colonels Gurnam Masih and Razia Gurnam, officers of the India Northern Territory, currently serving respectively as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries in the India South Western Territory, are appointed as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries, India Central Territory.

Lieut-Colonels Jacob John Joseph and Sonia Jacob, officers of the India South Western Territory, currently serving respectively as Divisional Commander and Divisional Director of Women’s Ministries, Trivandrum Division in that territory, are appointed as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries, India South Western Territory.

Colonels Lalhmingliana Hmar and Lalhlimpuii Chawngthu, officers of the India Eastern Territory currently serving respectively as Territorial Commander and Territorial President of Women’s Ministries, in that territory, are appointed as Territorial Leaders of the India South Eastern Territory; Colonel Lalhmingliana Hmar as Territorial Commander and Colonel Lalhlimpuii Chawngthu as Territorial President of Women’s Ministries. They will take up their new appointment responsibilities with the rank of commissioner; Colonel Lalhlimpuii Chawngthu on 5 July 2025 and Colonel Lalhmingliana Hmar on 6 July 2025.

Colonels Lalbulliana Tlau and Lalnunhlui Khawlhring, officers of the India Eastern Territory currently serving respectively as Territorial Commander and Territorial President of Women’s Ministries, in the India South Eastern Territory, are appointed as Territorial Leaders of the India Eastern Territory; Colonel Lalbulliana Tlau as Territorial Commander and Colonel Lalnunhlui as Territorial President of Women’s Ministries. 

Lieut-Colonels Stalin Masilamani and YS Kezial Stalin, officers of the India South Eastern Territory, currently serving respectively as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries in the India Central Territory, are appointed as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries, India Eastern Territory.

Colonels Vanlalfela Chawnghlut and Ropari Khupchawng, officers of the India Eastern Territory, currently serving as Territorial Leaders in the India Northern Territory, will be promoted to the rank of commissioner; Colonel Vanlalfela Chawnghlut on 1 July 2025 and Colonel Ropari Khupchawng on 2 July 2025.

Lieut-Colonels Abraham Lincoln and Mercy Manjula Mudda, officers of the India Central Territory, currently serving respectively as Secretary for Personnel and Territorial Candidates Secretary/Territorial League of Mercy Secretary in that territory, are appointed as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries, India Northern Territory.

Lieut-Colonels Andrews and Sunita Christian, officers of the India Western Territory, currently serving respectively as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries in the India Northern Territory, are appointed as National Executive Officer and National Secretary for Women’s Development, India National Office. They will take up their new appointment responsibilities with the rank of colonel. 

They will succeed Colonels Simon Sathyamangalam Paulose and Annamma Simon who will retire from active service.

Effective 1 August 2025

Major Richard DeVree, an officer of The Netherlands, Czech Republic and Slovakia Territory, currently serving as Officer in Charge Czech Republic and Slovakia in that territory, is appointed as Chief Secretary, The Netherlands, Czech Republic and Slovakia Territory. He will take up his new appointment responsibilities with the rank of lieut-colonel. 

He will succeed Colonel Donna Evans, who, with Colonel Stuart Evans, will retire from active service on 31 July 2025.
