International Appointments Bulletin: 4 April 2025

Commissioner Edward Hill

Chief of the Staff Commissioner Edward Hill shares the latest appointments bulletin from International Headquarters.

It is my privilege to share with you information regarding international appointments and promotions proposed by the International Appointments Board and agreed by the General.

Effective 1 August 2025

Colonels Philip and Sheila Davisson, officers of the USA Central Territory currently serving respectively as Territorial Commander and Territorial President of Women’s Ministries, South America East Territory, are appointed to International Headquarters, Administration and Personnel Department; Colonel Philip Davisson as Secretary for Training and Leader Development and Colonel Sheila Davisson as Secretary for International Personnel.

Lieut-Colonels Elder and Roxana Dinardi, officers of the South America East Territory currently serving respectively as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries in that territory, are appointed as Territorial Leaders of the South America East Territory; Lieut-Colonel Elder Dinardi as Territorial Commander and Lieut-Colonel Roxana Dinardi as Territorial President of Women’s Ministries. They will take up their new appointment responsibilities with the rank of colonel.

Majors David and Diana Campos, officers of the Latin America North Territory, currently serving respectively as Divisional Commander and Divisional Director of Women’s Ministries, Guatemala Division in that territory, are appointed as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries, South America East Territory. They will take up their new appointment responsibilities with the rank of lieut-colonel.

Colonels Richard and Ann Borrett, officers of the United Kingdom and Ireland Territory, currently serving respectively as Territorial Commander and Territorial President of Women’s Ministries/Secretary for Spiritual Life Development, Eastern Europe Territory, are appointed as Territorial Leaders of the Singapore, Malaysia, Myanmar and Thailand Territory; Colonel Richard Borrett as Territorial Commander and Colonel Ann Borrett as Territorial President of Women’s Ministries. They will succeed Colonel Hary Haran, who will retire from active service on 31 July 2025. 

Lieut-Colonels João and Karin Ramos, officers of the United Kingdom and Ireland Territory, currently serving respectively as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries/Secretary for Personnel, Eastern Europe Territory, are appointed as Territorial Leaders of the Eastern Europe Territory; Lieut-Colonel João Ramos as Territorial Commander and Lieut-Colonel Karin Ramos as Territorial President of Women’s Ministries. They will take up their new appointments with the rank of colonel.  

Majors David and Anna Kotrikadze, officers of the Finland and Estonia Territory, currently serving respectively as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries/Leaders Development Secretary in that territory, are appointed as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Leader Development, Eastern Europe Territory. They will take up their new appointment responsibilities with the rank of lieut-colonel.

The Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries for Finland and Estonia will be announced at a later date.
