Commissioner Edward Hill
Chief of the Staff Commissioner Edward Hill shares the latest appointments bulletin from International Headquarters.
It is my privilege to share with you information regarding international appointments and promotions proposed by the International Appointments Board and agreed by the General.
Effective 2 April 2024
Commissioners John and Mani Kumar Dasari, officers of the India Central Territory, currently serving respectively as Territorial Commander and Territorial President of Women's Ministries, India South Eastern Territory, are appointed as the International Secretaries for South Asia, International Headquarters.
Lieut-Colonels Lalbulliana Tlau and Lalnunhlui Khawlhring, officers of the India Eastern Territory, currently serving respectively as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries, India South Eastern Territory, are appointed as territorial leaders of the India South Eastern Territory: Lieut-Colonel Lalbulliana Tlau as Territorial Commander and Lieut-Colonel Lalnunhlui Khawlhring as Territorial President of Women’s Ministries. They will take up their new appointment responsibilities with the rank of colonel.
Lieut-Colonels Santhi and Samraj Babu, officers of the India South Eastern Territory, currently serving respectively as the Secretary for Program Administration and Secretary for Leader Development in that territory, are appointed as Chief Secretary and Territorial Leader for Leader Development, India South Eastern Territory.
Effective 1 July 2024
Colonels Cedric and Lyn Hills, officers of the United Kingdom and Ireland Territory, currently serving respectively as Territorial Commander and Territorial President of Women’s Ministries, Germany, Lithuania and Poland Territory, are appointed as International Secretaries for Europe, International Headquarters. They will take up their new appointment responsibilities with the rank of commissioner: Colonel Cedric Hills on 1 July 2024 and Colonel Lyn Hills on 2 July 2024.
They will succeed Commissioners Johnny and Eva Kleman, who will be returning to their home territory of Sweden and Latvia Territory to take up new appointment responsibilities.
Lieut-Colonels Dean and Eirwen Pallant, officers of the United Kingdom and Ireland Territory, currently serving respectively as Secretary for Communications and Assistant Secretary for Personnel (Development and Health) in that territory, are appointed as territorial leaders of the Germany, Lithuania and Poland Territory: Lieut-Colonel Dean Pallant as Territorial Commander and Lieut-Colonel Eirwen Pallant as Territorial President of Women’s Ministries. They will take up their new appointment responsibilities with the rank of colonel.
Commissioners Daniel and Tracey Kasuso, officers of the Zimbabwe and Botswana Territory, currently serving respectively as Territorial Commander and Territorial President of Women's Ministries, Nigeria Territory, are appointed as territorial leaders of the Zimbabwe and Botswana Territory: Commissioner Daniel Kasuso as Territorial Commander and Commissioner Tracey Kasuso as Territorial President of Women's Ministries.
They will succeed Commissioners Robert and Janine Donaldson, who were appointed as pro tem territorial leaders from 1 April through 31 May 2024.
Lieut-Colonels Friday and Glory Ayanam, officers of the Nigeria Territory, currently serving respectively as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women's Ministries, Kenya East Territory, are appointed as territorial leaders of the Nigeria Territory: Lieut-Colonel Friday Ayanam as Territorial Commander and Lieut-Colonel Glory Ayanam as Territorial President of Women's Ministries. They will take up their new appointment responsibilities with the rank of colonel.
Lieut-Colonels Mario and Celeste Nhacumba, officers of the Mozambique Territory, currently serving respectively as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries in that territory, are appointed as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries, Kenya East Territory.
Major Laurindo and Captain Luisa Nombora, officers of the Mozambique Territory, currently serving respectively as Field Secretary and Divisional Commander, Capital Division in that territory, are appointed as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries, Mozambique Territory.
Majors Thomas and Julie Louden, officers of the USA Southern Territory, currently serving respectively as Divisional Commander and Divisional Leader for Mission Advancement/Director of Officer Development, Kentucky and Tennessee Division in that territory, are appointed as Chief Secretary and Territorial Leader for Leader Development, USA Central Territory. They will take up their new appointment responsibilities with the rank of colonel.
