Chief of the Staff Commissioner Lyndon Buckingham shares the latest appointments bulletin from International Headquarters.
It is my privilege to share with you information regarding international appointments and promotions proposed by the International Appointments Board and agreed by the General.
Effective 1 January 2023
MAJORS CELESTIN AND BEATRICE AYABAGABO, officers of the Rwanda and Burundi Command, currently serving respectively as Assistant Under Secretary/New Openings Coordinator and Under Secretary for Central and West Africa at International Headquarters, are appointed as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries, Congo (Brazzaville) Territory. They will take up their new appointment responsibilities with the rank of lieut-colonel.
LIEUT-COLONELS BLAISE AND EVELYNE KOMBO, officers of the Congo (Brazzaville) Territory, currently serving respectively as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries in that territory, are appointed as Regional Commander and Regional President of Women’s Ministries, Mali Region. They will succeed Majors Hervé and Natty Ahouyanganga who will be taking up new appointment responsibilities in their home territory.
LIEUT-COLONELS PAUL AND JANE WATERS, officers of the Norway, Iceland and the Færoes Territory, currently serving respectively as Personnel Secretary and Assistant Personnel Secretary in that territory, are appointed as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries, Norway, Iceland and the Færoes Territory. They will take up their new appointment responsibilities with the rank of colonel.
MAJORS DIANA MACDONALD AND MACDONALD CHANDI, officers of the Pakistan Territory, currently serving respectively as Assistant Chief Secretary and Secretary for Programme in that territory, are appointed as Territorial Commander and Territorial Leader for Leader Development, Pakistan Territory. They will take up their new appointment responsibilities with the rank of colonel. They will succeed Colonels Geoff and Kalie Webb who will be taking up new appointment responsibilities at International Headquarters.
Effective 1 February 2023
COLONELS PHIL AND DESLEA MAXWELL, officers of the Australia Territory, currently serving respectively as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries, USA Eastern Territory, are appointed as Officer Commanding and Command President of Women’s Ministries, Hong Kong and Macau Command. They will succeed Lieut-Colonels Bob and Wendy Lee who will be retiring from active service.
